Hello, it's Sandra, here to tell you the good news. OnPoint Institute is now offering practice classes for nurses. Our nursing practice tutorial classes are not designed to take the place of a nursing program, but to assist nurses, student nurses, and new nurses in developing their nursing skills and become sufficient, competent nurses. We believe for a nurse to be confident in their skills it takes practice, practice, and more practice. For that reason, we offer classes that will allow the nurse and student nurse the opportunity to receive all the practice they need to be both confident and competent.

Design your own classes

We have three different programs for our clients to choose from.

1. Practice classes that are scheduled monthly by our RN, such as wound care. These classes are offered at OnPoint Institute and generally attended by LPNs and new nurses.

2. Customized classes. Clients may customize their own private practice classes according to their needs. Example, the student nurse my need to practice IV catheter insertion and fluid management to feel comfortable before an upcoming clinical or class.

3. We also, can bring our classes to the client. For instance, a facility may have a group of nurses needing CPR, first aid, or foley catheter insertion classes and the like. We can provide practice classes at the facility.

Clinical Practice,

OnPoint Institute offers clinical practice tutorial classes for the student nurse who attends a non-traditional school and are not comfortable with their clinical skills.
